At Captured Science, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it has been placed. An order is considered “dispatched” once it has been handed to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address.
During peak times, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location and begin after your order has been dispatched to the carrier.

Please note: during holidays or busy shipping seasons, couriers may experience delays that are outside of our control. For international orders, customs inspections may also extend delivery times.
Order Changes and Accurate Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses may cause delays or cancellation.
If you notice an error, please contact us within 24 hours at support@capturedscience.co.uk. We will do our best to update your details, but changes cannot be guaranteed after this timeframe as orders may already be processing.
Delayed Delivery
We understand how important timely delivery is. While we always aim to ship quickly, some delays may occur due to factors outside of our control—such as courier issues, severe weather, or customs delays.
We will always do our best to work with the courier and keep you updated if delays occur. Please note that Captured Science cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by external factors.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed over to the courier, it becomes their responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact both the courier and our team at support@capturedscience.co.uk so we can assist you.
Most couriers have a claims process for lost or stolen packages. We will follow up with them on your behalf, and depending on the situation, a replacement may be offered. Please note that lost or stolen packages fall outside of our refund policy.
