Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already be processing, and we may not be able to make changes. If your cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We are confident that our products work and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to see the benefits. If you are still not satisfied, you may return your items any time after 14 days, within the 60-day guarantee period. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We carefully package all orders to avoid damage in transit. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a defect or is physically broken. Packaging damage (such as dented boxes) where the product remains in good condition is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Please e-mail support@capturedscience.co.uk with clear photos of the damage. If approved, we will send you a replacement at no cost. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

We strive to deliver your order promptly, but we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or factors outside our control. If you encounter issues with your delivery, please contact the courier directly. Captured Science is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If you provide the wrong address and do not notify us within 24 hours of ordering, you will not be entitled to a resend or refund.
